What to Include
When reporting an issue, please include:
- your Windows version
- your ReCue version
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead
- screenshots or exact error messages, if available
- steps that reproduce the issue
Privacy
Please avoid posting sensitive task content in public support reports. ReCue stores task data locally on your device and does not require an account or cloud sync.
